Mark only what the proposal clearly states. 01 · Scope and quantities The bid names demolition, preparation, dimensions or quantities, installation, affected trades, cleanup, and restoration. 02 · Products and performance Products, grades, model lines, finishes, fasteners, assemblies, or equivalent performance standards are specific enough to compare. 03 · Allowances Every placeholder amount states the quantity or quality assumption, labor and delivery treatment, markup, and credit or overrun rule. 04 · Exclusions and unknowns The proposal states what is not included and how concealed damage, utility conflicts, structural repairs, or owner-supplied items are handled. 05 · Schedule and access Start assumptions, duration, sequencing, long-lead items, access, protection, storage, delays, and cleanup are addressed. 06 · Payments Deposit, milestone amounts, objective completion triggers, change-order payments, and final-payment conditions are written. 07 · Permits and inspections Responsibility for applications, fees, inspection scheduling, corrections, approvals, and permit closeout is assigned. 08 · Change orders Changed work requires a written scope, price, schedule effect, and authorization before proceeding whenever practical. 09 · Warranty Workmanship coverage, manufacturer coverage, exclusions, claim process, and responsible party are identified. 10 · Closeout Final inspection records, manuals, product information, warranties, cleanup, punch-list completion, and final approvals are conditions of completion.
