Copy the observations you want to follow up on. Put each finding on its own line; keep its original wording.
Keep the report. Make the next step clearer.
This tool organizes the words you enter; it does not diagnose a property or determine repair urgency. Confirm timing and needed evaluation with your inspector or an appropriately qualified professional.

Can I attach my inspection photos?
You can attach a selected report page while reviewing a PDF. After saving the plan to an account, open a task to add individual photos. You control when photos are shown and which ones to include in a contractor sheet.
Do I need to upload the whole report?
No. Paste selected findings, or open a PDF on this device and choose observations and page images. The original PDF is not uploaded. You can edit or remove each card. Leave out addresses, contact details, and anything you do not need in the plan.
